Being a home health care for this company will keep you from guaranteeing that you will get paid for doing a job and can't answer questions about it because now nobody knows nothing I have nothing nice to say about this company it has took food out of me and my children's mouth and mine

Employees can not get in contact with them regarding pay. Employee not paid at end of year or beginning. Payroll hard to reach which makes Veteran and caregiver suffer.

Words can't express how much I appreciate Bay Aging. They didn't give me the run around when my wife and I became homeless. Instead they offered prompt help and exceeded anything I could have possibly imagined. Most "say" or even "act" like they are going to look into resources but leave you sitting for days awaiting a reply. The staff, all, were very prompt and willing to use what resources they had available to help my family in the direction crisis we find ourselves in.
