Office rarely answers the phone & they don’t check their messages. Assistant has a cell phone line but she is unorganized & appointments get mixed up. Showed up for an appointment & it wasn’t on the schedule. I showed her the text message confirming my request & she was like “oh yeah, my bad, we can squeeze you in if you can wait.” I did get in & doctor provided ok service (Botox). Samantha Decker PA and Cherish who facilitates appointments are FABULOUS!! I highly recommend Samantha Decker for any cosmetic filler and botox! Samantha is an artist with her stellar placement of botox for my TMJ and facial wrinkles! She gives painless injections, selects the correct dosage and there is no bruising!! ( which I am prone to getting because I take low dose aspirin ) They are so kind and supportive with all of my questions!
