Highly reccommend. After spending years trying to improve my running 1km splits and being stuck on 6.45-6.55. I went to get some help. After one and a half sessions on specific technique correction my very next run I was hitting 6.15-6.25. The second run after that I was hitting consistent 5.40-5.50. Couldnt be happier. He has also helped me stay in one piece so I can still practise BJJ age 43.
The knowledge and professional service i got and still get through phone really help. I can highly recommend this practice and service from BaxPhysio.
