I had a great experience with everyone in the office! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The office has beautiful plants that make the office feel more personal instead of so clinical like other places I’ve been to.
My girlfriend recommended this place to me when I was going through a really tough time. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to share all my problems, even with her, so I decided to take the step and try therapy again. I saw that they accepted my insurance and scheduled my first appointment which led to many more, lol all thanks to my therapist, Donita. She was amazing. I spent a year and a half with my therapist at bayvoy! I really enjoyed and connected with her as a therapist. The whole place and atmosphere in my opinion is really amazing.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Mike Soto and his wife are the most manipulative individuals with sick, selfish intentions. They are only interested in what they can make off you financially. Read the reviews! The only positive ones are friends and family, look at the names. Fair warning if you are having mental health issues that you need help with FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
