I took both my wife’s Golf and my Q5 here for maintenance and repairs, they did excellent job! The highlight was, they fixed a check engine light issue that another German car repair shop in the neighborhood was not able to repair. I also really liked that their technician spent enough time to explain to me all the technical details, which is extremely important to help me make the decision.
Erin and the team are phenomenal to work with. They’re excellent at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, and they even have loaners/will gladly uber you to your destination. Prices have always been fair and I’ve never been pushed to get work done that wasn’t needed.
I am very satisfied with the services to my vehicle, the professionalism of the team, the turn around time, the drop off/pick up alternatives… I am appreciative of Bavarium Autoworks and how they have work with me!
I took my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a diagnostic evaluation. They told me the evaluation would be $255 via text. When I brought my car in I let them know that it was having two separate problems - non-linear acceleration and an issue with the telescopic steering wheel controls. They tried to charge me $255 to diagnose EACH issue individually for a total of $510.
