Amazing customer service! Right after a big 60K service there was an issue with leaking coolant (drain plug wasn't sealing properly). They responded immediately, towed the car back to their shop the same day, fixed it after ordering new parts, and delivered it back to my house. This is the type of shop that deserves loyalty and return business. It's not about being perfect or the cheapest; how a business responds to an incident says everything. One of the best places to go if you own a German car. I went there twice for pre-purchase inspection. Quick appointments, fair prices and good professionals.
I took both my wife’s Golf and my Q5 here for maintenance and repairs, they did excellent job! The highlight was, they fixed a check engine light issue that another German car repair shop in the neighborhood was not able to repair. I also really liked that their technician spent enough time to explain to me all the technical details, which is extremely important to help me make the decision.
