I've been going to Bavarium Autoworks since it was called Carbahn (and before that Dinan). The service is *really* good - they've diagnosed and fixed issues that other places missed (with documentation to prove it) and they're very prompt and easy to deal with. The repairs aren't cheap, but with a BMW that's to be expected, and they're certainly better than the dealer.
