Second recliner we gave bought there in 6 weeks. No pressure sales people. Huge inventory of recliners. Excellent place to shop. Looking a sheet vinyl remnants. Very helpful and nice selection. As always, helpful staff, no pressure.
Bought a Stern and Foster’s mattress Lux estate it was very expensive. But they said that it would keep me cool because it had breathing holes in it. I wake up every night drenched in sweat they said try a different topper for it. I bought a cool touch one bought special sheets that are cooling And I still wake up. Drenched in sweat unfortunately nothing can be done. They harass employees and then fire them without cause and spread lies about said employees. Specifically young adults that are trying to support their families.
I ordered a firm mattress it took them 3 days past delivery date and I had to make the call. I finally received it within a month the bed wasn't firm anymore so they took back took 1 month they finally replaced only to another soft mattress they refuse to make it right. I will report to the better business bureau pay a $1,000 and to treat ur local people that way could hurt ur reputation. I'll be putting the info out when asked about ur business. Shame on u and ur religion
I moved to Garnett. I bought a mattress it was supposed to be a firm mattress and they brought a soft they refused to make it right so much for buying local business. I will never walk through their doors again. I hope they get their bibles out and ask for forgiveness they took a $1,000 from a lady with cancer so I'm sleeping back on a air mattress. Shame on them the Lord knows what they have done.
