Overpriced, snotty and felt like I was shopping a chain jewelry store. What looked to be a manager actually took aside our salesperson and could be heard to tell them they were wasting their time as we couldn't afford anything. Last laugh on them is that my friend has a black AMEX in his wallet and is not afraid to use it! He is a serious collector and very knowledgeable.
