I do not recommend this law firm. I feel like they could have done better with negotiating. Their fees are so high. They are unorganized, During the 2 years I have retained them, not once did I meet the attorney assigned to me. I keep having to deal with different people. The settlement check was sent to their firm first week of January and I still have not received a dime. They should pay the client interest. They charge 45% . It took two years of doing nothing. Would not negotiate, just waiting for an offer, then finally i had no choice but to take the offer. Then for demanding my payout, now they are holding it hostage in their trust account. I am filing a state bar complaint. I was referred to them by Jacoby. I should of read the reviews. Shame on you, bauman law group!! SHAME ON YOU!
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise you to avoid this law firm at all costs. Worst decision I've ever made , horrible, they made my life a living hell after the accidents I have , never ever would I recommend this incompetent people to anyone, not even my worst enemy... please stay away from this so called attornies....after year all they did is ruin my cases and I still haven't received no money at all SMDH, about to take them to the BAR TBH....
