I recently contacted Jason to review and give guidance on the will he had written a few years ago for my mother. He scheduled an appointment quickly and had reviewed the will prior to my arrival. Jason’s advice/guidance was a tremendous help to me as I navigated the process. Jason is a true professional and is very personable. Good experience with Bankruptcy. Horrendous with estate of deceased spouse. After 4 yrs. with a very small estate, it is still not settled. Mr. Bauman "does not return phone calls". Yes, those are his own words. Over the last 2 years he has lied repeatedly about why this case has taken so long. He has blamed it on the judge, when in fact he thought I had not paid him what was due.
