New owner Amanda has ZERO personality and is rude when you ask her questions. Was a long time customer but thank God we have Boot Barn in town now. Competition is good for everyone!
Had one of my hats reshaped / steamed they did an adequate job, and cleaned the hat at very reasonable price. Hand forming is never as crisp as original factory mold forming.
Great selection of boots, overall a lot of a product and store is clean, and staff is friendly!
