This is the third and last year that my family has used Ken Bauer for filing our taxes. Upon filing this year we found out that they didn’t claim a child being born in our 2022 filing even though this information was clearly shared in a summary sheet. Not only was this error made, but they required me to pay an additional $175 for a re-file to fix their mistake.
