Great shop, and Jason is always very cool and friendly with me. I brought my bike there because I trust those guys! Only comment (and it's a small thing for sure and outside mechanics) the parking lot is unpaved, not level, and just a little bit difficult to "navigate". No big deal. Thank you, Jason, for the quality work and friendliness!

They do good work but genuinely have one of the least socially aware bike techs I've ever encountered. The first time I brought my bike in the tech was rude to me because I was not familiar with their menu of services. I asked if they could do a "once over" on the bike. This was not the correct terminology and the tech shortly stated he could do a "tune up not a once over" as if I were a lobotomy victim and like that wasn't what I was asking for.
