They do good work but genuinely have one of the least socially aware bike techs I've ever encountered. The first time I brought my bike in the tech was rude to me because I was not familiar with their menu of services. I asked if they could do a "once over" on the bike. This was not the correct terminology and the tech shortly stated he could do a "tune up not a once over" as if I were a lobotomy victim and like that wasn't what I was asking for. Awesome bike shop. I recently purchased a new to me BMC Gravel bike and these guys have been a huge help.
I can't say enough great things about Bauer House Bike Shop! They've helped me in so many ways over the years — from handling brake warranties to servicing and warranty of Shimano motors and fixing all of my bikes. No matter what I bring in, they always get it done right. The customer service is truly excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what's going on with your bike. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.
Jason was expert at what was probably an easy fix for him but difficult for me. He and one of the other techs (can’t recall name) literally put their lunch down to help when I walked in. Very fair price as well. Much appreciated
