Worked with Richard Kronk for an extended amount of time in which he was a Parent Coordinator and mediated custody issues. When he first got involved in our case he was reasonable, timely, and his decisions made since a majority of the time. This changed in 2021, he became non-responsive, ignored the obvious, stuck with decisions that had proven over and over to not be effective.
