I bought thousands of dollars in materials for my house from this store in Wilson NC. The screwed my order up multiple times. I ate the cost of travel back and forth to get the correct items. The owner is very difficult to work with when they screw up. The last screw up they did cost me $79.00. I trusted this business and regret it now! Chrissy was a pleasure to work with when choosing tile for our new home. She made sure that we were totally satisfied with the choices we made and worked to stay within the builder’s allotted budget. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Batts if you need tile for a project or new build.
Wonderful! Chrissy helped us so much. Was extremely nice and knowable in the material, process. Knew we were on a budget and that I wanted this one particular floor in the master and was able to help find ways to save so that I was able to get it!
