I bought thousands of dollars in materials for my house from Batts Distributing in Wilson NC. The screwed my order up multiple times. I ate the cost of travel back and forth to get the correct items. The owner is very difficult to work with when they screw up. The last screw up they did cost me $79.00. The owner would not exchange 2 unopened twenty five pound bags of grout because I had it over 30 days. I haven’t seen a job that can be done in 30 days in a very long time. Chrissy was a pleasure to work with when choosing tile for our new home. She made sure that we were totally satisfied with the choices we made and worked to stay within the builder’s allotted budget. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Batts if you need tile for a project or new build.
