He visited our property and offered constructive suggestions that I didn’t even think of, resulting in the purchase of a Kress robotic mower incorporating multiple satellite tracking. Darren from BattMow has provided excellent service through the sales and installation process. He provided me with a couple of options before coming out to inspect the site and then making a firm recommendation based on his assessment of the most effective product (Kress) for our block. On delivery day he mapped the site and gave me a rundown on how to use the mower and the accompanying App. He has been super responsive whenever I need help. Darren from Batt mow was amazing to deal with from the start, bought demo out to site with explanation on models available with the robot mower. To then promptly install as we did not have mower for our new property. Fully mapped out house no wires needed in the ground and I can honestly say this is the best thing I have ever purchased it does a great job of our property the husqvarna auto mower was recommended to us and I have literally not had to do much at all....
