Darren from BattMow has provided excellent service through the sales and installation process. He provided me with a couple of options before coming out to inspect the site and then making a firm recommendation based on his assessment of the most effective product (Kress) for our block. On delivery day he mapped the site and gave me a rundown on how to use the mower and the accompanying App. He has been super responsive whenever I need help. I'm very happy with the customer service and support from Darren.
Darren was great to work with. He visited our property and offered constructive suggestions that I didn’t even think of, resulting in the purchase of a Kress robotic mower incorporating multiple satellite tracking. Impressed by Darren's service and knowledge of the Kress mowers. Offered to come out and demonstrate and I was instantly convinced. I subsequently purchased two Kress mowers and immediately they have changed my life. That's not a cliche. I wake up in the morning and the lawns are done. What normally would take me six hours (around 3 acres) on a ride on is now done overnight.
