I've purchased from Battlefords furniture in the past and have found service and products great, And had no issues. A couple years ago had purchased a palliser couch and loveseat during the pandemic. I didn't mind paying more for quality, however shortly after my purchase I noticed the poor quality. I've contacted them with no response. Today I look at the quality of this product and feel frustrated. There is so much noticeable wear on the seats of this product.
