Just be warned, Jan is INTENSE. I poop my pants every time I have to call 😅 She doesn't email, unfortunately. If you don't know most of the details she kind of makes you feel like you're wasting her time but just stick with it and she will get you what you need and save you money. Jan does a great job getting you what you need! I ordered all my doors (incl hardware), Milgard windows and trim for my house through Battle Ground Building Supply and had a wonderful experience. It's so nice to have this resource close to home with very fair prices and excellent service. I was also able to pick up miscellaneous quality fasteners, caulk, and tools needed when I ran into a snag, and Jan was always able to give expert opinions on different quality products to use for the project at hand.

Terrific service and great pricing. Needed bronze weather stripping for 4 each 8ft. french doors and 2 each 8ft. singles. She ordered exactly the right amount and delivered within 2-3 days. Contractor told me would be 7-10days for him to order..
