He was able to do everything we needed to. Very helpful and very nice. Went above what Redding DMV would have done and it was close.
5 stars isn’t enough. Ian is extremely helpful but he’s also kind and empathetic. After a terrible drawn out experience at the Redding DMV I called Ian, got his voicemail but before I could leave a voicemail he called me right back. He assisted in what steps I needed to take to be able to get a title transferred over and a week later when I was finally able to complete everything he had me come in and finished the process.
