Mr Battista has been here a long time he is in Minerva. . We have questions he somewhat answered them. I don't know about the rest of the rooms. Not handicap accessible. Park on the street. We wanted a new will, took him 3 weeks Well, we went in, and he made me leave the room Rude . No one tells a person to leave a room, sir. I would not refer him . Sorry
