Great product and quick delivery!
I ordered a specialty battery for a medical device then later discovered I didn't need it after all. I called the customer service number and was surprised when someone answered as it was Friday evening EST. Randy was knowledgeable about the product I had ordered the battery for, and when I explained my situation he checked the status and was able to cancel my order prior to it shipping out. I'm very grateful for the personal service and would definitely order from BatteryPlex again.
