Placed an order based off other great reviews. USPS wouldn’t deliver the package to us saying we refused delivery but Ty helped out so much, he had the items shipped out UPS for us and waived any extra cost associated with that. He was in constant contact with me and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Will definitely order from again.
Outstanding customer service. Randy went above and beyond to assist me with an order for batteries that had been discontinued, and he quickly arranged a replacement that arrived within just one day.

I placed an order for a battery charger and an aircraft plug. They called me before filling my order because the plug I ordered would not have worked for my airplane. I was so grateful for their technical analysis of my order and the extra effort that saved me dollars and frustration. Great customer focus and technical knowledge!
