I ordered a replacement battery for my son’s cell phone on 8/31/2026 and received it two days later. Product was correct and received quickly. However I ordered this off of their website batteryplex.com. I received it in a amazon prime box. I paid $12.99 for shipping plus a card fee of some sort. I could have ordered it on amazon and got free shipping plus whatever other fee they charged. I called and the guy I talked to did not care at all. Placed an order based off other great reviews. USPS wouldn’t deliver the package to us saying we refused delivery but Ty helped out so much, he had the items shipped out UPS for us and waived any extra cost associated with that. He was in constant contact with me and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Will definitely order from again.
Outstanding customer service. Randy went above and beyond to assist me with an order for batteries that had been discontinued, and he quickly arranged a replacement that arrived within just one day.
