I wouldn't go anywhere else but BatteryWorld Toronto after the service given by Hayden. He took the time to explain everything in detail and the multiple options to get the best result of the situation. Havent come across a more honest and genuine business after dealing with Hayden. Definitely recommend this business and won't go anywhere else for future business.
My partner called in for some help with my son’s Nintendo Switch regarding a new battery. The bloke who served her was rude and disinterested in assisting her. Apparently it was 20mins before close and he didn’t have time to help. I wonder what their State or National Manager would think of this type of service. Very poor behaviour, do not recommend. Suggest this bloke moves out of retail, his clearly not suited to it.
Paul from world Toronto was very helpful on Easter Saturday. I phoned on Easter Saturday when Paul was about to close and he waited around till I arrived to I could get back on the road.
