I contacted your staff yesterday regarding a battery replacement and was assured that someone would come today. However, when I followed up today, the staff was rude and told me the replacement could not be arranged, despite the fact that I had already provided all the required information. When I mentioned I would like to make a complaint, the response was dismissive and unprofessional.
