Amazing team — very helpful and honest. My battery had gone flat, and instead of just trying to sell me a new one, they offered to recharge my current battery and check its health first. Ended up saving me quite a bit! Nice store, great people — definitely recommended.
Bought the battery for my bike from Battery World Tempe 12 months ago, battery would not start sometimes so took it back for a check. Initially check showed that the battery was not taking charge so they honoured the warranty exchange right away. Upon further checking, the terminal was loose which caused it. I was very happy with the service provided by Michael and his team. Highly recommended.
I went there on Sunday 8th June to change my battery that still under warranty. They do the warranty stuff with no drama. Very helpful staff.
