I can’t thank the staff enough, this is such a valuable service to Canberra.
What stood out for me was that their service was really friendly and it was fast. So much so that it made me smile.
Needed a new vehicle battery. Someone did the load check to confirm state of the installed battery to confirm it failed that, discussed replacement options, and promptly installed the new battery. They completed the job by checking that all vehicle sensors / displays were working. Great job, done well. Good work.
The battery i needed was not a common one but i was helped by several team members to get an appropriate one. Was told I could return the battery if it does not work for my woodchipper. The store has a comprehensive range of batteries and knowledgeable staff.
