My car battery was playing up. I dealt with someone named Jim who was helpful and provided free assessment of my battery. As I suspected, I needed a new one. I appreciated that Jim didn't try to sell me the most expensive battery but instead suggested the cheapest which he said was most appropriate for my driving conditions. Jim also gave me a good price.
