Just wanted to say a big thanks to Matt for his terrific service. First thing in the morning I came in with a vehicle with a nonsensical battery configuration and bizarre design choices (thanks, France). Rather than getting frustrated with having to deal with this before his morning coffee, Matt took it in his stride with a great deal of laughing and humour thrown in for good measure. Excellent service. The staff member checked what we needed for our mobility scooter. He even took and disposed of the old battery after placing the new ones in our car to take home.
