My MGA battery which I bought from Battery World Mentone about 2 years ago gave up the ghost today. I took it to Mentone and without hesitation they told me it was still under warranty, gave it a test, told me there was a fault in it and replaced it on the spot. Bought a battery there with a 2.5 year warranty for my Harley. The battery failed to hold charge after a year and a half. Went to my mechanic to see if it was my bike draining the charge. Everything checked out there. Took the battery back to them 4 times trying to let them know the problem. They just recharged it and told me "all good". Caloundra Battery World done the right tests for me, and I got a new battery there under warranty. Morayfield Battery World done all they could not to honour the warranty. The staff at Battery World have been amazing. I phoned this morning because the battery in my wheelchair had died and I needed a replacement. The staff couldn't have been more caring and helpful. My carer was able to drop the old unit to them and then Battery World brought the new one back to me and fitted it to my wheelchair. I am very happy to recommend Battery World to everyone.
Battery World at Caboolture (and Bribie) is the best place for technical advice on your battery needs at a competitive price. Price of fitting is included with battery purchase. In my case I have a 4WD with aux. battery. Ash the owner recommended I go for a higher cranking starter battery at a lower price. Brilliant, helpful advice with the client in mind. Thanks Ash. Rob and Sammi were so helpful and kind to me today when my car broke Down. They went out of their way and went above and beyond to help me and give me advice on my battery. This kind of customer service is so rare these days and I left feeling very happy with the service I received. Their quote was the cheapest and even fitted my battery free of charge.
