I just wish if the goal was truly an honest and accurate assessment, he would have tried a second test or used a different tool—especially since I clearly insisted there were no mechanical or electrical issues with my car. ---------- I trusted them 7 months ago when they told me to replace my battery with a stronger one. I trusted them 7 months ago when they told me to replace my battery with a stronger one. But recently, I had issues starting my car and went back—same guy who sold it to me said the battery is “perfect” and blamed my car and I need to take it to mechanic. I went straight to Supercheap Auto and their test clearly showed the battery was faulty and need to replace. When I returned back to them he was at the back and the other staff checked again and admitted it needed replacing. Feels like he just try to avoid warranty claims. ... read more
