Great customer service from Alexander. Welcoming snd polite, knowledgeable and confident. Had my 80yr old mother's car battery replaced and scanned with no fuss. Didn't rush, gave extra time to teach us how the jumpstarter works under the hood too. GENUINE customer service these dsys that go above and beyond. Installmemt was reasonably priced at $85. Highly recommended!
