Very friendly knew what I was looking for
Extremely unhappy with service. We got a new car battery installed in Dec 2025, 3 months later it is no longer working. Got the car towed to the mechanic who put in a new battery and we took the faulty car battery back to Battery World who kept on citing that they are not obligated to give refunds, only replacements. Now we have a replacement battery, which we do not need. It was not a change of mind, it was not user error, the battery was not working.
