Big shout out to Grant and the team at Battery World Parafield. Grant and staff couldn't have been more helpful getting and installing a replacement battery for our caravan. We were on the road and had limited time to get a new battery delivered and installed. Highly recommend the guys at Battery World Parafield.
Would give zero, called the store to ask about the stock level and cost of batteries for a 24v battery for a kids toy. The guy on the phone was pretty short and requested we bring the batteries into the store.. fine. We had the toys in a trailer husband went in and the guy that served his was VERY rude stating that the shop was for car batteries not childrens toys begrudgingly the guy came out to look at the buggys immediately didn't say hello. Was not confident of the sales person installing new battery 🙄 watching what was happening I had to tell him about the rubber base mat to be placed back before putting new battery in. Kept on losing one off bracing pins that hold battery in. Seemed very frustrated 😠 with the whole event of doing the task, if I wasn't there watching what was happening I doubt things may have not been correct 😳. I had a very stressful day fixing up a broken down car with a flat battery The type that I needed was fairly unique and difficult to find in other places Not only did these guys have what I needed, but also even installed it for no extra cost Very thoughtful. Very professional Highly recommend
