Great service and price
My car wasn't starting without a starter kit so I took it to battery world today. Within 20 minutes they had tested my battery, shown me the replacement options, talked through pros and cons, sold me a new battery and installed it for me! Thankyou so much for a wonderful easy experience!

Modern, clean and well set out store, in an easily accessible location, with adequate off street parking. Huge variety of batteries available at reasonable prices, including car batteries, alarm back up batteries, etc. Customer service was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Called for a deal on a XTAR VC4 LCD 4 charger, best retail price was $64, Amazon was $25, and various other sites cheaper. Gave the feedback to the team member who was disinterested, it would appear this is frequent feedback The bricks and mortar business needs competitive pricing to stand a chance against the online suppliers, and where they are unable to compete, need a point of difference, that being customer service and expertise.
