Modern, clean and well set out store, in an easily accessible location, with adequate off street parking. Huge variety of batteries available at reasonable prices, including car batteries, alarm back up batteries, etc. Customer service was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Called for a deal on a XTAR VC4 LCD 4 charger, best retail price was $64, Amazon was $25, and various other sites cheaper. Gave the feedback to the team member who was disinterested, it would appear this is frequent feedback The bricks and mortar business needs competitive pricing to stand a chance against the online suppliers, and where they are unable to compete, need a point of difference, that being customer service and expertise. Honestly wish I could give no stars, As soon as I walked in the staff where already hostile and ready to blame me for the issue the battery I purchased has, they told me they would put it on charge and then will give me a call, that was 2 days ago (within the two days we received nothing and my partner had to go in to check up) finally received the call they said they cannot do anything because not covered under warranty we have had issue from the get go, but gave benefit of the doubt that may be my car so we changed all ele... read more
