One of the most disgusting customer service experiences I’ve ever witnessed. My mum purchased a battery less than 8 months ago and it’s already faulty, yet instead of honouring the warranty, Battery World immediately tried to blame her for their poor-quality product. They told her to “just bring the car in” despite the fact the battery is dead and the car won’t even start. Their solution? Charge her another $200 just to come out and look at it. Absolute joke. Amazing service!! My car wouldn’t start today over at the BP, so I called BatteryWorld. They were there within 10 minutes, a nice attitude, checked out my car, jumpstarted the battery, and got my car going! They didn’t even charge me for it, saved my day and it cost $0! I will 100% be going to BatteryZone for any other car needs, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!
Called Brent for my GSA ADVENTURE bike battery replacement and asked for a home delivery and install to which they agreed with a smile, helpful and positive attitude. This young man was helpful, polite, worked with conscious and careful with my bike. An asset to his peers and the company. Well do mate and thank u … and one the 30th April 2026, i used their services one more time for my other bike and that time again their services was top notch and professional, my sincere thanks to them one more time.
Needed a replacement battery for my Everest ua11 2.0. Grant is an absolute champion. He got onto it immediately with a new battery and his technician on the job. Old one tested and confirmed 'dying; almost done' then replaced without issue. Great price, product and support. I'm a return customer, because they're a reliable team.
Grant was super helpful, changed over my battery in about 15 mins (it would have taken me a couple of hours). Excellent service. Highly recommended.
