Bought a battery there with a 2.5 year warranty for my Harley. The battery failed to hold charge after a year and a half. Went to my mechanic to see if it was my bike draining the charge. Everything checked out there. Took the battery back to them 4 times trying to let them know the problem. They just recharged it and told me "all good". Battery World at Caboolture (and Bribie) is the best place for technical advice on your battery needs at a competitive price. Price of fitting is included with battery purchase. In my case I have a 4WD with aux. battery. Ash the owner recommended I go for a higher cranking starter battery at a lower price. Brilliant, helpful advice with the client in mind. Thanks Ash.
