Braden went above and beyond to help us out We are travelling and had a problem with our auxiliary battery nothing was a bother he had us back on the road very quickly and even asked us to come back next day to recheck that everything was working properly
Hubby had 12 volt repair plug the service was prompt courteous and the price was great will recommend anyone for any assistance this place is outstranding
We were stuck with a faulty battery on our caravan travels with the long weekend starting. Zac from Battery world was super prompt in coming to our camp ground, checking the battery then efficiently replacing it. He was extremely pleasant to deal wirh, with the added bonus that he gave advice to a single fellow camper with her battery query. Top service!
Went in knowing the battery in our 2019 Fortuner was getting very sad, Peta came out and tested only to confirm our thoughts were correct, the staff then replaced the battery giving us peace of mind we were not going to get stuck on the side of the road somewhere Over the moon with pricing, service and a good sense of professional humor Thank you and highly recommend this branch
