I was having battery problems this morning with my Land cruiser. Called the mentone store and spoke with Lachlan, he told me to bring it in today. He fixed it on the spot, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend great service and communication

Came out within the hour to put a new battery in. They tried but had the wrong battery but were prepared and had multiple with them and fitted the right one incredibly quickly. They even proceeded to help me replace a lightbulb in one of the headlights i was working on when they arrived. Perfect service!
Arrived at allocated time, Ryan the technician, checked my battery to make sure it needed replacement and explained the process he was going through to make sure I got the right result. A new battery was needed, reasonable price. On the road again thanks to Ryan & Battery World Mentone
