Great service! I called the Malaga store after being advised by the Balcatta store their Manager was on leave and could not assist in coming out to replace my car battery. When I spoke with Peter at the Malaga store I was initially told I was located outside their zone and I explained I had called the Balcatta store initially. Peter was very helpful and asked me where I was located and they agreed to come out. Joshua attended and was so friendly and the job was completed in under half an hour. One of my was able to trade his battery in and I was going to do the same however the guy that was serve me was like yes we do then after checking my battery and said we don’t do trade in but I’ve told him you just said to me that you did. He stared saying like we only swap over and and gave me a price and tried to sway over. then I told him nope I am not doing it which my battery is in really good condition. i have experience one of the worst customer service. wWill never go back there again.
