My mother spoke to a bloke names Steven on the phone this morning and he talked her very patiently through how to program a new button on her garage remote and it was successful ! She is almost impossible to explain technology to and he was so patient and helpful that she did it ! Thankyou so much Steven and all the team at battery world! Yesterday, Isuzu stuffed me around with my service and I needed a new battery. It was end of the day (5pm) and I called. The gentleman that helped me was great over the phone and was a great lad, he helped me out promptly said to come straight in and helped me with a new battery and great service with a great price! Moving forward anything battery related I will be coming back to Battery World Maddington due their great vibes!
Only place i could find that would help with my escort , after being turned away but other battery shops I came here and the service was 10/10 , fast and efficient and even replaced my lost battery bracket . 10/10 would recommend , will definitely be back ! Thanks team
