I had to wait 9 days to make sure the problem was the battery after I bought a new battery. I was stacked 3 times in a week because of my faulty Battery which was under warranty but when I get to this shop they told me the battery is good, the younger guy said the problem is may be with the car, but I was starting the car with Jumper all the time before I come to them, they did check the battery power and say it’s good and they can’t do anything about it. I want to acknowledge Michael for his outstanding customer service. I had a rental car with remote that had stopped working - the car wasn't able to detect the key and was throwing up a fault light on the instrument panel. I went into Battery World at Liverpool to seek advice. Michael opened the remote and tested the battery. It tested OK but, given the problems I was experiencing, Michael suggested replacing the battery and testing the remote. The remote was like brand new.
