Very disappointed with the service and warranty policy. I bought a car battery from Battery World Lismore in January, and just a few months later it's already failing. When I took it back, they told me they couldn’t test the battery unless it was charged, and that I’d need to leave my van with them and pay—despite it still being under warranty. I even bought a charger to try and solve the issue myself, but the battery still won't hold a charge. They refused to honour the warranty or replace the faulty battery. I expected bet... read more
