Came in with a dead battery on my motorcycle. Turning my engine off, I was willingly surrendering myself into their capable hands and officially stranded. David educated me about the battery he was about to put in, and kindly hooked me up with a fresh fuze when I blew it (figuratively and literally, see the video lol). Staff were so helpful, filled me in on what I might like and then, after I was keen and explained what I wanted it for, they advised me on why I already had what I needed and guided me away from a useless purchase. I honestly felt silly not buying all my batteries here for years.
Popped in for a battery test and James was so friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain everything clearly, including why the results indicate i don’t actually need to purchase a new battery just yet. Very impressed and grateful for the honest and helpful feedback. Will definitely return to purchase from here once I need.
