Kept getting an error on my dash saying battery management issue and i-stop unable to work. I rang and asked about the different battery options they gave and they even suggested to come visit them and get a free battery check prior to buying a battery just incase that was not the issue. The battery test took 30 seconds if that, needed a new battery, they sold, fitted and got rid of the old battery for me all within 20 minutes.
But didn't have the battery in needed
Ordered a special battery gave them the number of the battery. They quoted $289 for the X series one. Drove from Mt Coot-tha all the way into Ipswich and told sorry battery is $320 NOT $289 Wasted my time and made me out to be a liar. Avoid they quote you a price on the phone then tell you differently in store !! Edit 6/7/25 Owner says i was offered discount due to the 'confusion ' I WAS NEVER OFFERED A DISCOUNT . We had an issue with our car not starting and suspected the battery needed replacing. But after some extensive testing by the two staff they determined that we had an electrical fault which was draining the battery. All done at no charge. Highly recommend the level of service provided.
