The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication and high-quality service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
Car battery was sluggish, took the car to Battery World at Hilton. Kym was excellent. Quickly and efficiently tested and replaced old for new. Discovered my car had a broken battery connection and that was fixed on the spot. Cannot fault the service and Kym's attitude was great.
Had one of the best Service Experiences in a long time, Brilliant Customer service i received here today which is so Rare. A huge Thank you to both of the Team at Hilton Battery World for your exceptional Service, you were super helpful , kind and supportive helping me get my new Battery for my BMW and helping change it over so i could comfortable drive away all sorted. One very very happy Customer could not recommend this location and the team here enough. Well done
