Absolutely brilliant service. Not only did they have the battery I needed for my BMW in stock but they went over and above to work out how to change it over. They had to be super resourceful to work out how, and then find the tools to get the bolts/screws undone. They even stayed back 30mins after closing time to ensure it was all done perfectly.
Huge thanks to Kim at Battery world for saving our 25/26 New years Road Trip. We arrived in Adelaide with the Battery warning light glowing and it was quickly diagnosed by Kim as a faulty alternator, not a battery failure. He rang around and found a mate who was prepared to interrupt his holiday to get us back on the road. All of this on New years eve when everything was shut. Above and beyond! Much appreciated.
