After having my motorbike battery fail in Port Augusta and a suitable one not available locally, I contacted Battery World Hilton, got great advice on the battery that I was going to purchase and that this was the same battery as another from the same company... just yellow instead of HD black and orange... they sorted it out, labelled it ready to be dropped onto the bus that was coming this way and I had a new battery in Port Augusta by 5pm the same day... thanks.

The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication and high-quality service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
Car battery was sluggish, took the car to Battery World at Hilton. Kym was excellent. Quickly and efficiently tested and replaced old for new. Discovered my car had a broken battery connection and that was fixed on the spot. Cannot fault the service and Kym's attitude was great.
