Was very impressed by the big range of batteries for all daily needs. The roadside team is also very good and helpful. Had a very worthwhile experience.
Thank you to the staff at Battery World Gungahlin for their excellent service today. My car had been struggling to start recently so I decided to get my Battery checked. On the way my newborn daughter fell asleep in the car, so I called the store asking for assistance. The staff didnt hesitate to meet me at my car, test the battery and fit a new one immediately. They even brought everything out to the car to pay so I didnt have to wake my daughter or leave my car. Thank you for going the extra mile to help.
Disappointed
Called battery world Gungahlin yesterday and Shah arrived within 10 minutes. He had all the right tools to quickly remove the covers to check and remove the dead battery. Onc the newbattety was installed he cleared all the faults showing and I was on my way. Exceptional service and great price on the battery.
