Super helpful and a very clean show room, came in to warranty very helpful.
I rang to check what was the best time to come and they said come now. I got there and then was asked to wait a few minutes while they installed the battery. I waited for 90 minutes. It was not so much the waiting that upset me it was the complete lack of courtesy. They completely ignored me, no “sorry this other job is taking longer than we expected “ or “sorry to keep you waiting do you want to come back at another time”. Good Service. Replaced my electric Byd Car 12v battery.
Called in to get battery price and with calm, polite and positive service decided to get the battery and have the guys install it there and then. The install took a while (as advised) so it cost me lunch as well but I was pleased with the approach and happy enough with the price - big battery, big price, bigish job to install!! Thanks folks.
