I purchased a Lithium Battery about two and a half to three years ago and I had a issue with it, I went back to see Mathew at this shop and he arranged to check it out for me, well it turned out to be faulty and Mathew already arranged to have a new replacement come, the communication from this place has been awesome, I haven’t had to call for updates once they have kept me up to date all the way! Highly recommend this place for purchasing anything 👍

Matthew and the team took immense care when dealing with the repair of my SP torch battery. They gave me regular updates on what was going on. My torch now functions as it did before and I’m very happy with the results. This team is wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them if you ever need help with your electrical needs!!
Great experience with the team from Battery World after my car battery died at the Gawler Railway Station this week. A very kind man helped me to move the car into a car park and he recommended Battery World. I rang and the team member arrived within 10 minutes and then promptly replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. After such a rotten experience it was wonderful to get such a professional service. Thank you for helping me out.
