The staff here are top-notch! Absolutely beautiful humans. Before even taking my mother’s money, they checked her Dyson vacuum to see if she really needed a battery. I highly recommend this place!

They did a good job reconditioning one battery but with the other the opposite. Part was missing and the indicator lights weren’t working. When I returned the battery they argued that the part was missing from the start but I new for a fact it wasn’t and the lights were working.

Worst store stay away from this store. I bought the car battery from this store. $450 I paid in Fawkner store. If I compare the same price on Hoppers Crossing store or any other store it’s $369. I called the store to check why the price difference they give random answers. Stay away from this store. Same Battery in Super Cheap Auto is $349. These guys are full ripoff.
