Was able to obtain new battery for my 11 year old Toshiba laptop. No problem at all. Service was helpful and very friendly. Many thanks to Battery World Fawkner.
The 2 guys at the shop were great, tested two batteries and explain why they were faulty. Was able to get a brand-new one on the spot. in addition came back the day after with another issue with batteries on a Dyson vacuum again they tested it and replaced with new one and cleaned the filter. There was no fuss and both guys were happy to help and offer advice. Very Happy with service level 10 out of 10

I never leave reviews but your spam SMS and email asked me to leave a review so I did. Maybe speak with your IT Dept so it doesn't sign people up. I don't want volt but somehow I got it???
