Had a dead battery in my Audi Q5 and booked a same-day service. Theo is a person, he came within 2 hours,checked everything, and replaced the battery. Superquick, efficient and did a grate job. Highly recommend.
We had problems with our battery, and since it was a pretty new one we were not sure where it was coming from. We came back the next day, because even with recharging, the problem continued. When we came back in the shop and it was clear, that he thought about our problem and figured out what the battery drained. We could buy a new one easily and he fitted it right away. We felt like they really thought about our problem and tried to find the best solution for us. We highly recommend them. Thank you!
