Excellent service. They looked at a video I sent through of the problem to confirm it was likely a battery issue. Then visited quickly and replaced the battery with no fuss. A very polite and efficient young man did the work.
Update: *as I've said, these guys are great. Once they saw this review, they contacted me right away to apologise and offer any assistance. This is exactly why I said I don't blame them.
