Absolute legends here… I was in a bit of a pickle having lost the terminal bolts for my new Harley battery… Lachlan went outta his way to find me some spares he had laying around. Wouldn’t even charge me. I have a few projects under way and I now know where my batteries will be bought from!! Thanks again!!
Very helpful staff. I needed a battery for a hoist that I used to transfer my husband whom is very sick. They help me with the cheaper solution by replacing the battery inside the box rather then sell me the whole new unit which cost a lot more. Thank you guys, I will be back!
