I had Excellent customer service from Brian and Andrew Chermside location. Even offered me and my daughter superdoopers, water, aircon while we waited for our battery fitting. Also fixing all my eroded wiring on my battery! Which they put the extra time and effort into! With no worries at all. Very polite. And I will be a returning customer. And will be recommending ‘Chermside Battery World’ to my surroundings. Thank you again for a welcoming experience.
I went to battery world with a Mercedes, 20 minutes before closing time and Brian was a great help, I’ll definitely be returning!! He’s a great guy and even did overtime to install my car battery!! Definitely recommend to others!! Go Brian!!
