Went to Battery World this morning and Gaz really looked after me. I’d called the night before and the staff were super helpful then too. Gaz took the time, gave great advice, and sorted the battery on the spot. Really good service. Friendly and easy to deal with.
I went in to battery world with the intention of purchasing a battery as I thought he battery was lacking and getting old. Marty tested the battery and showed that it was fine and I didn’t need a new battery. This helped prove it was a different issue with the vehicle. Very happy with the honest and great service from Marty at Batter World Chatswood.
Martin (and his dad) are absolutely brilliant. This is a very HONEST family business. Ladies, get the health of your motor vehicle battery checked here, you receive a verbal as well as a PRINTED explanation. I did NOT need a new battery and was impressed with not being encouraged to buy one. First class service, I have encouraged my daughter to take both her Vespa Motor Scooter AND her car for a battery health check to Martin (and his dad). A big THANK YOU to them both from me.
