This place is absolutely brilliant! Got my car battery replaced here today and they even did the installation for free. The staff are super friendly and, more importantly, really know their stuff. A few other mechanics told me my car’s battery was tricky to replace, but the team here handled it with ease and explained everything so patiently. And to top it off — the owner speaks Mandarin! Six stars from me, highly recommend!
I needed a new car battery and the boys here fit me in straight away, tested the old battery and replaced it quickly and easily. Great service.
Friendly staff and fast service. Didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive car battery. And prices are on par or cheaper than elsewhere. This was my second experience with BWC, and both experiences were the same.
