I was served quickly by someone who was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a dead specialised battery which he checked and confirmed as dead. As their system still had a record of the previous sale to me, they checked that it was out of warranty. I was offered a couple of alternatives at different price points with the differences explained. I was out in a very short time. Easy parking available just out the front as well.
Very disappointing. Never going back there again. They even cut off factory manufacturing warranty to zero day and impolite sales person.
Visited Battery World Cannon Hill today and paid $315 for a 550CCA battery. The battery normally comes with a 2-year factory warranty, but the sales representative completely cancelled the warranty just because my car is registered for Uber rideshare. This is very disappointing and unfair to rideshare drivers. I only went there due to an emergency, but the staff were also rude and impolite. I do not recommend this store, and I will not be returning. Thanks

Battery world at cannon hill where on the ball checked the old one and replaced it with a new one great service polite & patient explaining the differences between batteries I highly recommend this outlet
