I have never given a one-star review before, but this experience was truly unacceptable. Matt, the manager of Battery World Canning vale was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I made my payment, I had to wait nearly an hour for him to come and check my battery. I understand that the store can be busy, but his attitude while explaining the situation was consistently poor.
