Absolute legends! Was referred there by TyrePower for a warranty job. Tim did the fault finding, fixed the battery isolation switch, charged my battery overnight, reinstalled the next day - all at zero cost. Legends.
The lady on the phone was super helpful and Tyler was amazing helping me with replacing my flat battery !
I took my faulty charger back to the shop today, and they checked and tested the unit. Got a call within the hour to pick up my new charger! So stoked with the quality and promptness of the service! Many thanks to the BW team at Caloundra

Very helpful staff. Both myself and my father have been in there and they’ve been very very helpful and not tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. My father went in there thinking that his battery was stuffed in his car, they tested it and it was okay. It had just been drained somehow. They could’ve just sold him a new battery but they didn’t which was very honest of them.
