What a pathetic business, with Staff that appeared to be trained with ZERO Customer Service in mind, and ready to reflect blame towards a customer when their product fails. This is not the first time. I had a previously small encounter there, which I just discounted as "people under pressure" during COVID. In short, I purchased a large Car Battery that allows the Auto Stop/Start function to operate. I was told to buy a specific battery with a 3 year warranty.
