Happy to take your money, unhappy to help when their products fail. Had positive experience at other battery world store. This one falls short.
Battery failed after 26 months. 30 month Warranty not applicable due to low output of battery i.e the battery had failed. Go figure. BW allege car had been sitting for too long without being used even though used two or three times weekly. Apparently, if car is not used daily to charge the battery a trickle charger should be used and their warranty does not apply. according to their terms and conditions which had not been provided .before they had fitted the battery.

Excellent Service. Quoted for battery and call out upfront and it didn't vary from this. Was on time for the appointment. The technician was very friendly, efficient and explained what he was doing the whole time. Couldn't ask for more.
Excellent service at a great price. Highly recommend the guys at Battery World Bundy. They are the best!
