Tony is the man! Showed up first thing on a Friday morning with a flat battery, he was more than happy to help out and get me a price on a new battery. Had excellent service, he is very efficient at his job had it fitted and I was out of there in no time. Definitely recommending any of my friends or family to come here from now on.
Excellent service. I had a service at Honda yesterday and was told I needed a new battery..cost was $249 plus $98 fitting. Battery world tested to confirm the battery needed replacing at no charge and supplied a larger capacity battery with longer warranty for $259 with FREE fitting. I had a few lights from the computer stay on and he said to drive a bit and if they didn't resolve after the next start to bring it back but they disappeared. Happy to take your money, unhappy to help when their products fail. Had positive experience at other battery world store. This one falls short.
Battery failed after 26 months. 30 month Warranty not applicable due to low output of battery i.e the battery had failed. Go figure. BW allege car had been sitting for too long without being used even though used two or three times weekly. Apparently, if car is not used daily to charge the battery a trickle charger should be used and their warranty does not apply. according to their terms and conditions which had not been provided .before they had fitted the battery.
